How do you choose your coffee selections?

We are always researching and studying coffee trends. We look for unique roasters large or small who take pride in their product from sourcing green beans to the meticulous roasting. We extensively blind cup many roasters from each city or region in order to pick the best coffee that we feel highlights that particular city or region.

 

What payment options are available?

Unknown Grounds accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

 

Do your prices include sales tax?

No. Washington State Sales Tax is 9.5%.

 

Can I buy coffee without a subscription?

Yes. With that being said ordering a subscription helps us grow and continue to find amazing roasters.

 

Is shipping included in the price?

Unknown Grounds subscriptions include the shipping cost. Single bag coffee orders and other products on our web store will incur a shipping charge.

 

What if I missed the cutoff for a month coffee selection?

Typically that means we are sold out for that particular month. Keep an eye on the subscriptions page for updates. However sometimes we will have an extra bag of coffee, so please contact us.

 

Do you sell your product with any retail partners?

We currently only sell coffee through our website.
