These Terms of Use apply to the web site located at unknowngrounds.com. The Site is the property of Pacific Gold Coffee.

Unknowngrounds.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

 

Content

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such content, contained on the site is owned, by unknowngrounds.com.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Packages typically ship within 2-5 days from the date we confirm the roaster of the month and  stop taking subscriptions for that current month. Be sure to check the web store to make sure you have made the deadline and will receive the next month’s subscription service.

 

Items are shipped and packaged from Seattle Washington, or Portland, Oregon via the United States Postal Service. CONATCT US DIRECTLY, as we fill all orders in house.

 

Unknowngrounds.com is not responsible for any actions taken by delivery personal during delivery, such as excess damage. Buyer is responsible for making sure packages can be delivered to a safe environment.

 

At this time unknowngrounds.com only accepts addresses from within the United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will incur additional shipping charges.

 

We ask customers and coffee lovers outside the United States to contact us directly to order.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Unknowngrounds.com accepts refunds on subscription before the ship out date. Refunds are also accepted at any time for subscriptions at a reduced rate based on what customers have already received.

 

Privacy

The Privacy Policy applies to use of this Site, and its terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. Additionally, by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Site may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.
